
Adam Carew is a young, enthusiastic, well organised and hardworking Liberal Democrat who campaigns hard for his local community and his Liberal beliefs. Adam was elected in 2003 by a 5-to-1 majority to become the youngest Councillor on East Hampshire District Council.
Adam is a Hampshire County Councillor for Whitehill, Bordon and Lindford Division and East Hampshire District and Town Councillor for Whitehill Walldown.
Adam is an ecologist and part-time lecturer by profession, and a member of the Green Liberal Democrats National Executive. He organises successful events and fundraising activities for Woolmer Forest branch and he is Press Officer for N E Hants Local Party.
Adam's interests include wildlife conservation, environmental issues, social and political history, current affairs, archaeology, historic landscapes, walking, out-door pursuits, literature, theatre, modern art, sculpture, ceramics and design. He is partnered to artist and designer Jeni Childe.
