"The Hampshire County Council Liberal Democrat Group supports the coalition agreement which means Liberal Democrat Members of Parliament will work to provide stable government.
The Liberal Democrats are a distinct political party with values and policies which we will always seek to apply in order to improve the quality of life of those who we represent and take care of the environment. We aim to deliver fairness, especially for those most in need.
On Hampshire County Council we will continue to operate as a constructive opposition group and will work hard for the day when we gain sufficient seats to control the authority."
